Pool and Spa Repairs

It's awful when you need your pool repairing, but we're on hand to give you the best advice we can.  We'll chat through with you what's not working and assess if we can come and fix it for you. Being a small company, if the job is too big for us to fix, we'll recommend how you can get back to enjoying your pool as soon as possible.

Pool and Spa Maintenance

As part of our maintenance packages we can include seasonal open and closes, regular maintenance cleans and services as well as plant room installations. Your maintenance package with us will always be personal to you and your pool

Pool and Spa Chemicals

To compliment our repair and maintenance services, we also offer advice and supply of chemicals that are vital to keeping your pool in excellent condition. We also take out the middle man, making sure you get the best price!

Maintenance Packages

Our services in more detail
  • Pool and spa maintenance

    Our frequently opted for pool and spa maintenance takes approximately 1 hour and includes:

    • Attendance
    • Pool clean with Vac pool, net and brush
    • Chemical reading and adjustment
    • Backwash filter
    • Inspect and clean equipment
    • Empty baskets
    • Clean pool cover

    Maintence contracts are offered weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or annually. It's entirely up to you and how frequently you wish to safely enjoy your pool.

  • Opening for summer (summerise)

    Summarising your pool usually takes place around March/April and includes:

    • Removing the debris cover
    • Setting up the plant room
    • Starting the pool filtration system
    • Full pool clean
  • Closing for winter (winterise)

    When you're ready to close the pool up for colder months, we'll get your pool winter ready by:

    • Remove the summer cover
    • Full pool clean
    • Drain level below skimmer
    • Adjust the chemicals for winter care
    • Install winter cover
    • dismantle plant room equipment
    • isolate electricity
    • Protect pool from frost
  • Varied maintenance

    There are some services we only recommend needing annually, or even longer, which wouldn't fall into the typical pool maintenance package. Of course we're more than happy to maintain these too, which could include:

    • Change the filter media
    • Replace filter or pumps
    • Install plant rooms
  • Repair services

    Should you ever need a repair we're more than happy to help. We'll always try to fix the root cause of the problem so that hopefully you won't need to call us back too quickly for another repair job! We broadly cover the repair or replacement of pumps, filters and pipework.

  • Hot tub maintenance (gold)

    For hot tubs we offer two levels of maintenance, a gold and platinum package. These are set packages due to their standard care routines.


    Gold package:

    • Clean filters
    • Chemical reading and adjustment
    • Clean surrounding and water line
    • Clean cover
    • Inspect and clean equipment
  • Hot tub maintenance (platinum)

    Along with the gold maintenance, in addition for the platinum package you'll receive:

    • Full tub drain
    • Complete tub clean
    • Refill
  • Pool and spa chemicals

    If you'd like to keep an eye on your chemical readings outside of your maintenance package, then we are more than happy to help you to take your own readings and supply you with the chemicals you'll need to keep the tank topped up.
